11. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
Core results of the thesis:
Firstly, the thesis has argued and proved that the lawyer is a different profession from the explanations in Vietnam so far, and at the same time gives a new definition of the concept of lawyer as a legal profession.
Secondly, the thesis has re-analyzed and found out the characteristics of the legal profession that require the attention of various forms of organization of law practice;
Thirdly, the thesis has succeeded in evaluating the elements of the law practice organization; thereby building a legal theoretical model on the forms of organization of law practice to add to the Law on Lawyers in 2012 some forms of organization of law practice;
Lastly, the thesis proposes to amend incorrect regulations on the legal nature of law offices and partnership law firms.
Theoretical and practical significance of the thesis:
Theoretical significance of the thesis: The research results of the thesis contribute to supplement and strengthen the theoretical basis of the forms of organization of law practice in Vietnam.
Practical significance of the thesis:
Firstly, the results of the thesis can be used as a reference for many different subjects in Vietnam, including agencies of the Party, the State, especially especially the National Assembly and the Government, in recognizing, analyzing and evaluating issues and planning, amending, supplementing and organizing the implementation of policies and legal documents related to lawyers and form of organization to practice law.
Secondly, the thesis can also be used as a reference for academic institutions, social organizations and local authorities in teaching, researching and organizing law enforcement on legal issues of important topics mentioned above.
12. Practical applicability, if any:
12.1. The research results of the thesis have scientific significance, contributing to supplementing and strengthening the theoretical basis of the forms of organization of law practice in Vietnam. Therefore, the thesis is a reference document in legal science, which can be referenced in the process of research, teaching and learning in Vietnam.
12.2. The thesis has practical significance for legislative activities, policy making and law building on the form of organization of law practice.
13. Further research directions, if any:
Firstly, clarifying and deepening the basic legal issues of the legal profession such as: the concept, characteristics, role and legal significance of the legal profession, the legal institution in general and the organization practicing law in particular;
Secondly, clarify the basic theoretical issues about the organization of law practice such as: concepts, characteristics, classification and comparison of models of law practice organizations;
Thirdly, analyze and evaluate the legal status of law practice organizations in Vietnam; comprehensive and in-depth analysis of inadequacies and causes of inadequacies related to the form of organization of law practice in Vietnam;
Lastly, specific orientations and solutions to improve the law on organization of law practice in Vietnam in accordance with the current social situation.
