From October 16 to 18, 2025, the VNU Institute of Information Technology hosted the 24th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2025).
For more than two decades, ISCIT has established itself as a prestigious annual forum that brings together scholars, researchers, and industry experts from around the world to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest advances in communications and information technologies. This year’s symposium proudly continues that tradition, serving as an opportunity to strengthen international collaboration and foster innovation in an ever-evolving digital era.

In recent years, communications and information technologies have been transforming every aspect of our lives — from education and healthcare to industry and society. At the heart of these transformations are remarkable developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning, semiconductor, Internet of Things, wireless communications, and next-generation 5G/6G networks. ISCIT 2025 provides a valuable platform for researchers to share insights, present breakthroughs, and explore interdisciplinary directions where hardware, software, and intelligence converge. Through open discussions and collaboration, we believe this symposium will help shape future technologies and contribute to building a smarter, more connected, and sustainable world.
This year’s conference, held in Hanoi, brings together a diverse community of scholars and experts from academia and industry, both domestic and international, to explore emerging challenges and opportunities in integrating artificial intelligence with communication and computing systems.

ISCIT 2025 received 127 scientific papers, of which only 72 (authored by researchers from 17 countries) were selected for presentation at the conference. These papers will be published in the IEEE conference proceedings and indexed in WoS/Scopus, reflecting an acceptance rate of 56%.
In addition, the symposium features four keynote speeches in plenary sessions and several invited talks in technical tracks delivered by leading scientists in the field.
ISCIT 2025 will focus on discussing and presenting research findings across a wide range of advanced scientific and technological fields. Among them, the Circuits and Systems track will feature studies on analog and mixed-signal processing; brain–machine interface circuits and systems; circuits and systems for communications; embedded communication systems; hardware architectures for artificial intelligence; IoT devices, wearables, and smart sensors; low-power and VLSI design; neuromorphic computing; and 5G and beyond-5G technologies.
