- In theory, the thesis raises the concept of economic growth, the factors affecting economic growth; the concept of cultural development, the factors affecting the development of culture; the concept of the relationship between economic growth and cultural development, its subject and the factors that affect this relationship in Vietnam during the renovation period.
- Regarding the current situation, the thesis analyzes the achievements and constraints in addressing the relationship between economic growth and cultural development, the causes of this situation and some problems arising in addressing this relationship.
- Regarding the solutions, the thesis mentions two viewpoints and 5 possible solutions to address the relationship between economic growth and cultural development in Vietnam in the coming time.
