VNU President Nguyễn Kim Sơn announced the reappointment of Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyễn Quốc Anh - Director of Bach Mai Hospital, as Vice Dean of VNU School of Medicine and Pharmacy
Besides, Dr. Nguyễn Thị Thu Hoài - Deputy Director of Vietnam National Heart Institute, Bach Mai Hospital, was appointed Deputy Head of the Internal medicine department.
Speaking at the ceremony, VNU President Nguyễn Kim Sơn and Director of Bach Mai Hospital expressed their special appreciation for the relationship between the two institutions, which had been formally established by the former leaders since 2012. The relationship would bring benefits for both sides including VNU’s students as well as creating opportunities for application of scientific and technology progress in medical examination and treatment.
Thirty doctors from Bach Mai Hospital have been dedicating their time to teaching students at VNU School of Medicine and Pharmacy. Through working as part-time teachers, the doctors have significantly contributed to VNU School of Medicine and Pharmacy’s training quality improvement. Furthermore, VNU’s students are provided with better learning conditions both theoretically and practically as well as more opportunities for their career development after graduation.
With the support of Bach Mai Hospital, VNU believes its School of Medicine and Pharmacy will achieve the rapid growth in coming time.
