ICTA 2025: modern applications and technologies oriented toward Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductors

On November 28, 2025, VNU Information Technology Institute in collaboration with Thai Nguyen University of Information and Communication Technology held the 4th International Conference on Advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICTA 2025).

ICTA 2025 is a prestigious academic forum established to promote knowledge exchange, dissemination of new research findings, and the advancement of scientific and technological collaboration in the fields of Information Technology, Communications, and next-generation intelligent technologies.

This year, 2025, the theme of ICTA focuses on modern applications and technologies oriented toward Artificial Intelligence and Semiconductors. This opens up new research directions across various domains such as Smart Homes, Smart Cities, Smart Education, and others, aiming to bridge the gap between research and practice while identifying future trends and orientations in the ICT field. ICTA 2025 provides a valuable platform for researchers to share insights, present breakthroughs, and explore interdisciplinary directions.

On behalf of the Information Technology Institute of VNU Hanoi, Prof. Tran Xuan Tu said that this year’s ICTA Conference has been highly successful, attracting nearly 400 scientific papers from many countries around the world. Among them, 172 papers were rigorously selected by the Program Committee to be presented at the Conference. These papers will be published in the Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems, Springer (Scopus, Q4). All topics presented at the conference reflect the strong development trends of AI technologies combined with semiconductors, intelligent systems, electronic circuits and systems, and next-generation communication platforms - fields that are shaping the future of information and communication technology.

The ICTA 2025 Conference, with the participation of leading experts and representatives from international research organizations and enterprises, created a vibrant space for knowledge sharing, fostering collaboration, and promoting the application of technology in practice. ICTA 2025 contributed to building a solid foundation for sustainable development in the field of technology, paving the way for future breakthroughs. The event also reaffirmed VNU’s commitment to enhancing the quality of education and scientific research, while partnering with international stakeholders to advance information and communication technology.
