1. SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZING NUMEROUS MAJOR POLITICAL EVENTS AS MILESTONES IN A NEW PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT
The year 2025 marked a particularly significant stage in the development of Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU). Through the successful organization of numerous strategic political events, VNU further affirmed its commitment to comprehensive reform and pioneering role within Vietnam's higher education system.

On July 17-18, 2025, VNU Party Committee held its 7th Congress for the 2025-2030 term with the motto “Innovation - National Responsibility - Breakthrough Development”. The Congress took place in the context of the country accelerating digital transformation and deepening international integration. In this spirit, VNU’s cadres, party members, scientists, lecturers, and students expressed strong confidence in the leadership of the Party and affirmed their strong determination and great efforts to develop VNU into a world-leading innovative university. The Congress set out key objectives, including mobilizing and effectively utilizing resources; enhancing the quality of training, scientific research, and innovation; and creating high-value intellectual products, making substantive contributions to the country’s development.

To uphold this spirit, on September 28-29, 2025, the 7th Congress of VNU Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term was convened in recognition of many outstanding achievements in the Union activities and youth movements. VNU Youth Union fostered a comprehensive development environment for its members based on four core pillars: personality, vision, competence, and skills. Movements in scientific research, innovation, and entrepreneurship continued to maintain a leading position among universities nationwide, while volunteer and social welfare activities were widely implemented, spreading the spirit of responsibility of VNU youth. The Congress defined the direction for the new term with the objective “VNU Youth pioneering action – innovation – comprehensive development”, focusing on enhancing digital capacity, foreign language proficiency, integration skills, and expanding international exchanges.

On October 1, 2025, the 6th VNU Patriotic Emulation Congress for the 2025-2030 period was held to review emulation movements during the 2020-2025 period. These movements were widely disseminated, inspiring solidarity, responsibility, and creativity among nearly 60,000 officials, employees, and students. In the new phase, VNU will focus on developing and building an elite intellectual workforce while taking the lead in fulfilling social responsibility.

Concluding the year, on December 8-9, 2025, the 7th VNU Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term was solemnly convened, reaffirming the Trade Union’s role as a solid supporting pillar for staff, educators, and employees. The Congress contributed to strengthening unity, building consensus, and promoting creative emulation movements, accompanying VNU in its sustainable development in the new period.
2. PIONEERING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CENTRAL PARTY COMMITTEE’S RESOLUTIONS, CREATING BREAKTHROUGHS IN TRAINING, RESEARCH, AND INNOVATION

Upholding its role as one of the two nation’s leading centers for higher education, scientific research, and innovation, VNU has taken the lead in translating and implementing the major policies and orientations of the Party and the State. In 2025, VNU proactively advanced the realization of the strategic objectives set forth in the Party Central Committee’s resolutions; notably, Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW on further building and promoting the role of the intellectual workforce to meet the requirements of rapid and sustainable national development in the new period; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of science and technology, innovation, and national digital transformation; and Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in education and training. These resolutions constitute core guiding frameworks for VNU’s development following a research university model.
In terms of faculty and human resource development, VNU implemented a wide range of synchronized flagship programs and projects aimed at attracting, nurturing, and developing elite talents. Notable initiatives include policies to attract and support outstanding scientists; the Project on Investment in the development of excellent scientists and international-standard strong research groups; the Program for developing lecturers and scientists for the 2026–2031 period; and the Visiting professorship program. As a result, over the past four years, VNU has attracted nearly 500 PhD holders, including many internationally recognized scholars in key technological fields, thereby establishing a solid human resource foundation for the country’s strategic science and technology missions.

To implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, VNU established a Steering Committee, developed an Action program, and built an online KPI-based reporting system to monitor the implementation progress. VNU identified eight priority technology areas for investment during the 2025-2035 period; registered two national-level initiatives in semiconductor microchips and quantum technology; and proposed nine initiatives to master strategic technologies under the tripartite cooperation model among the State, universities, and businesses.

With regard to education and training, on November 28, 2025, VNU issued an Action Plan to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW and Resolution No. 281/NQ-CP, aiming to develop itself into an elite, internationally recognized research university and to serve as a core institution in training national talents. VNU set targets to rank among Asia’s Top 100 universities, with two to three subject areas listed in the world’s Top 100.
Together with that, VNU continued to align research with practical needs, promote technology transfer, and expand high-quality training programs in key priority areas. The year 2025 also marked a milestone with the initiation and expansion of the Vietnam Semiconductor Alliance, contributing to the development of an integrated ecosystem encompassing education, research, and industry, and reaffirming VNU’s commitment to partnering with the Government in advancing the national semiconductor industry.
3. VNU CONTINUES TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT ADVANCES IN GLOBAL UNIVERSITY RANKINGS
VNU continued to leave clear imprints on the prestigious global university rankings. In the QS World University Rankings 2026, VNU maintained a steady advance, featuring in the global 761–770 bracket and ranking 158th in Asia. Key indicators such as Academic Reputation and Employer Reputation continued to receive positive evaluations, reflecting the quality of high-level human resource training as well as the scientific standing of VNU’s faculty and researchers within the international academic community.

In the QS World University Rankings by subject, VNU recorded encouraging results across multiple subjects and disciplines. VNU’s Engineering & Technology (Group 451-500 globally) and VNU’s Social Sciences & Management (Group 501-550 globally) remained among the regional stronger performers. Several disciplines demonstrated notable progress, including Mathematics (Group 301–350 globally) and Accounting & Finance (Group 301–375 globally). These outcomes underscore the growing depth of research, the strength of academic staff, and the increasing level of international integration across VNU’s academic fields.
In addition, VNU further affirmed its commitment to sustainable development aligned with national responsibility. In the QS Sustainability Rankings, VNU was placed 374th globally, with a rise of 27 places in the Knowledge Exchange indicator and an impressive 103-place increase in Employability and Employment Outcomes.
These international ranking results not only reflect the quality of training and research at VNU but also contribute to enhancing the standing of the Vietnamese higher education on the global knowledge map.
4. AFFIRMING VNU’S ROLE AS AN ACADEMIC CONNECTOR AND LEADER THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCES AND WORKSHOPS
The year 2025 marked VNU’s notable advancement with the organization of nearly 100 international conferences, workshops, seminars, and public lectures.

A flagship event was the 7th International Conference on Vietnamese Studies, themed “Vietnam: Sustainable Development in the New Rising Era”, co-organized by VNU and Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences. The conference brought together more than 1,200 scholars from over 30 countries and territories, serving as a prestigious international academic forum that promoted interdisciplinary research and provided scientific foundations for national development policymaking, while reaffirming VNU’s leading academic role in the field of Vietnamese Studies.
In addition, VNU hosted numerous important international conferences and workshops in key science and technology fields. Notably, the international workshop “Dialogue on Governance in Artificial Intelligence”, featuring the participation of the United Nations Secretary-General’s Envoy on Technology; the Conference “Vietnam-China Higher Education: Opportunities and Challenges in the Digital Intelligence Era”, co-organized with Tsinghua University in celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries; the First Hanoi Meeting on Quantum Technology, focusing on discussions to build a quantum science and technology ecosystem for VNU and Vietnam; the ISCIT 2025 International Conference, hosted by VNU Institute of Information Technology, gathered experts from 17 countries, with numerous papers published in IEEE proceedings indexed in WoS/Scopus, demonstrating the high research quality and level of scientific integration of VNU. In parallel, HaFPES 2025 continued to serve as a reputable academic forum in the field of educational sciences. Moreover, many other international scientific conferences in artificial intelligence, microelectronics and semiconductors, biomedicine, educational sciences, and environmental studies were organized, attracting strong interest from the global academic community.

During the State visit to Vietnam by their Majesties the King and Queen of the Belgians, on April 1, 2025, VNU coordinated with the Wallonia-Brussels Delegation in Vietnam, KU Leuven University, and Vrije Universiteit Brussel to organize a series of academic exchange and networking events on innovation, and specialized seminars on digital medicine. These activities contributed to strengthening substantive and sustainable academic partnerships between VNU and leading Belgian universities.
Through the organization of selective international academic activities aligned with its priority areas and strategic orientations, VNU continued to affirm its role as a key hub connecting domestic knowledge with global academic networks, thereby contributing to the enhancement of Vietnam’s academic standing on the international stage.
5. ENHANCING INTERNATIONAL STANDING THROUGH EXPANDED COOPERATION WITH LEADING GLOBAL UNIVERSITIES
In 2025, VNU continued to intensify strategic cooperation programs with leading universities, organizations, and enterprises worldwide, pursuing a substantive, in-depth, and results-oriented approach.

A major highlight of the year was the visit of Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba Shigeru to VNU Vietnam Japan University on April 28, 2025. The visit demonstrated the strong interest and commitment of the Japanese Government to the Vietnam-Japan cooperative university model in science and technology training and research, and high-quality human resource development. Within the framework of the visit, Mrs. Ishiba Yoshiko, the Prime Minister’s spouse, engaged in exchanges with students of VNU ULIS Foreign Language Specialized School, further strengthening cultural and educational ties between the younger generations of the two countries in the context of Vietnam-Japan relations being elevated to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
The cooperation between VNU and the University of Tokyo was effectively implemented throughout 2025, with a focus on academic exchange, joint research, public lectures, and the development of high-quality training programs in key technological fields such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and advanced materials.

Along with that, VNU expanded cooperation with other leading global partners. On May 10, 2025, at the Kremlin Palace, in the presence of General Secretary To Lam and Russian President Vladimir Putin, VNU and Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement to promote joint training programs, student and faculty exchanges, applied research, and organization of scientific conferences, particularly in the fields of governance and international relations.
Cooperation with Chinese partners continued to be strengthened and expanded in 2025. On April 4, 2025, on the occasion of the State visit to Vietnam by China's Communist Party General Secretary and President Xi Jinping, VNU and Tsinghua University signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a “Vietnam - China University Network”, promoting collaboration in digital education, artificial intelligence, and advanced educational models, while expanding student and academic exchanges. Earlier, on March 2, 2025, in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the two universities signed a bilateral cooperation agreement on student exchange, laying a foundation for extensive academic programs in the future. The cooperation between VNU and Beijing University was also advanced, aiming at developing joint training programs, establishing key laboratories, and promoting innovation.

On August 12, 2025, VNU and Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) exchanged the cooperation documents in the presence of General Secretary To Lam and Korean Prime Minister Kim Min Seok. The cooperation agreement lays the foundation for a diverse partnership, ranging from student and faculty exchanges to joint scientific research and the development of interdisciplinary training programs. It contributes to concretizing the internationalization strategies of both institutions and to developing high-quality human resources.

On May 25, 2025, as part of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to Malaysia and participation in the 46th ASEAN Summit, in the presence of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Prime Minister of Malaysia Anwar Ibrahim, VNU and the National University of Malaysia signed a cooperation agreement to promote educational and research programs in support of the ASEAN Community Vision 2045.
Notably, the year also marked an important step in VNU’s digital education as it officially became a member of the Global MOOC and Online Education Alliance (GMA), creating opportunities for its extensive cooperation with leading universities worldwide in developing digital learning resources and innovating teaching and learning methods.
VNU’s international cooperation outcomes in 2025 reflect its consistent strategy in selecting strategic partners, prioritizing depth and sustainability.
6. STREAMLINING ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURE IN THE SPIRIT OF RESOLUTION NO. 18-NQ/TW AND RESOLUTION NO. 19-NQ/TW
In 2025, VNU continued to promote a modern university governance model, mobilizing and utilizing resources effectively, and strengthening its leading role within the higher education system, thereby ushering in a period of strong transformation and deep international integration.

By thoroughly grasping and decisively implementing the Central Party Committee’s 2017 Resolutions, VNU has urgently renewed and reorganized its organizational structure toward reducing intermediary units, streamlining operations, and enhancing governance quality and operational efficiency. The organizational restructuring has focused on the goals of high-quality training and in-depth development, strengthening scientific research capacity, innovation, and international integration, while gradually shaping an innovation and startup support ecosystem.
At the same time, VNU has continued to reform and improve its organizational apparatus and university autonomy mechanisms at both VNU and affiliated unit levels. The focus has been on building enabling mechanisms that promote the development of revenues from services, while strengthening the coordination and effective allocation of resources to support sustainable development of all units.

Alongside the renewal of its governance model, VNU has issued policies to attract, retain, and develop outstanding experts and scientists from both domestic and international communities, fostering an open and creative academic environment and working toward the formation of an elite intellectual workforce to lead key research fields. The appointment of internationally reputable scholars to academic leadership positions further affirmed VNU’s strategic vision and strong commitment to building an interdisciplinary and internationally integrated research environment.
These comprehensive reforms in institutional frameworks, organizational structure, and development strategies in 2025 clearly demonstrate VNU’s determination on its path toward autonomy and international integration, making practical contributions to the development of science and technology as well as higher education in Vietnam in the new era.
7. ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF UNDERGRADUATE AND GRADUATE TRAINING CLOSELY LINKED WITH SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH
The year 2025 marked a clear turning point in VNU’s renewing its training model in close connection with high-level research. At both undergraduate and graduate levels, VNU continued to develop talent-oriented and high-quality academic programs aligned with international standards; expand English-medium instruction; and strengthen the linkage between training, scientific research, and innovation.

Over the past year, VNU has organized admissions for 162 undergraduate programs, 160 master’s programs, and 116 doctoral programs. In implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, VNU restructured its training orientation, prioritizing the development of human resources in basic sciences and engineering–technology fields, particularly semiconductors, microchips, and other key technologies. VNU adjusted its training structure toward an increase in STEM fields, while also developing interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral programs to leverage the combined strengths of member universities, research institutes, and key laboratories. The restructuring of the program system has been carried out in a streamlined manner, reducing overlap and clearly identifying core basic science disciplines aligned with the traditions and strengths of each unit, as well as with the overall priority directions of VNU.
In addition, VNU has set high quality requirements for training programs designed to adapt to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Accordingly, newly launched programs are to ensure a minimum foreign language learning outcome equivalent to Level 4/6 under the Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam, with at least 30% of courses delivered in a foreign language, and undergo international accreditation after the first cohort graduation. This approach aims to ensure that graduates possess strong international integration capability to directly participate in global technology value chains.
Alongside a stable overall enrollment scale, VNU has accelerated the expansion of graduate education, particularly doctoral training closely linked with strong research groups and key laboratories. To further strengthen the integration of research and training, VNU is implementing a system of key science and technology programs, creating a solid foundation for its research groups to directly engage in the training of high-level human resources and to address major national challenges.
8. PROMOTING THE “TRIPARTITE PARTNERSHIP” TO ENHANCE INNOVATION VALUE – THE CORE OF A KNOWLEDGE-BASED URBAN HUB
VNU continued to affirm its academic prestige and leadership in carrying out national missions, particularly in reviewing practical experiences, conducting theoretical research, and building scientific foundations to support the formulation of guidelines and policies. Numerous research outcomes by VNU scholars have made significant contributions to the reviewing of the resolutions by the Central Party Committee and the Politburo, while also providing scientific and strategic evidence for the Party and the State through policy consultation and critique. In addition, VNU has actively participated in national and local planning consultancy programs, contributing to the shaping of sustainable development strategies across economic, social, urban, and environmental domains.
Addressing the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, General Secretary To Lam emphasized VNU’s role as the nucleus of a “knowledge innovation pole”, leading the creative capacity of the entire Capital. Throughout Hanoi’s development, VNU has consistently served as a central knowledge hub, bringing together advanced scientific and technological values and a high-quality expert workforce, making important contributions to the goal of building a civilized, modern, smart, and sustainable Capital.

In recent years, VNU has signed and implemented numerous comprehensive cooperation programs with Hanoi in such areas as smart urban planning, public governance, education, healthcare, environment, social security, digital transformation, and high-quality human resource development. VNU’s experts regularly participate in policy advisory and social critique activities, and lead strategic studies on urban development, heritage conservation, climate change adaptation, and urban space management.
To enhance the transfer of research outcomes for socio-economic development, VNU has proactively invested in modern infrastructure, implemented advanced training programs, and developed key research projects linked to applied products. Notably, VNU is currently developing the National Integrated Circuit Design–Fabrication–Testing Center, along with a system of shared-use laboratories in Hoa Lac. By October 2025, VNU had established 48 VNU-level strong research groups, including those oriented toward basic research, applied research, and pilot production.

In 2025, VNU implemented a wide range of strategic cooperation agreements with major domestic and international corporations, focusing on research, training, and the development of high-quality human resources in key technological fields. Many strategic partnership activities aligned with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW were carried out with large domestic and foreign corporations, such as Sun Group, CT Group, BRG, VNPT, LG Display (Korea), Pegatron (Taiwan, China), Huawei and Goertek (China), among others. These cooperation programs focus on research, education, and human resource development in such key areas as high technology, semiconductors, advanced materials, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
With the spirit of “Accompaniment – Innovation – Development”, VNU continues to affirm its pioneering role in building a national innovation ecosystem, closely linking research with practical application.
9. MANY UNITS, SCIENTISTS, AND STUDENTS HONORED
The year 2025 marked a particularly significant period with many VNU’s members and affiliated units celebrating important anniversaries and historical milestones. These occasions not only paid tribute to generations of educators, scientists, and learners, but also reaffirmed VNU’s long-standing history, stature, and academic prestige within Vietnam’s higher education system.

Many of VNU’s core training units held solemn commemorative events and the Party and the State high-level award reception ceremonies. VNU University of Social Sciences and Humanities celebrated its 80-year tradition and 30th anniversary of establishment with the reception of the First-Class Labor Order; upholding its mission initiated in 1945, the University has become a leading center for education, research, and policy consultation in Social Sciences and Humanities. VNU University of Languages and International Studies marked its 70th Anniversary with the reception of the First-Class Labor Order for its core role in language education and research, and the implementation of the national foreign language projects. VNU University of Medicine and Pharmacy celebrated its 5th anniversary and 15-year tradition with the awarding of the Third-Class Labor Order, further affirming its development orientation as a high-quality education and research center in health sciences. VNU School of Management and Business commemorated its 30th Anniversary with the reception of the Second-Class Labor Order in recognition of its outstanding contributions to the training of leaders and managers in Vietnam. VNU Institute of Natural Resources and Environmental Studies celebrated its 40 years of establishment and development with the awarding of the Third-Class Labor Order, further upholding the reputable VNU-CRES brand in research and policy consultancy on natural resources, environment, and sustainable development. VNU Press marked its 30th Anniversary with the reception of the Third-Class Labor Order and the role of a key academic publishing channel that contributes to improving the quality of education and research across the entire system. VNU Student Support Center celebrated its 30th Anniversary, marking the three decades of building a safe, friendly, and highly educational residential environment.

VNU HUS High School for Gifted Students – a 60-year-old cradle for nurturing talents in basic sciences and technology, commemorated the 60-year tradition of former Hanoi University’s specialized tracks and the 15th Anniversary of the school’s establishment with the reception of the Second-Class Labor Order; its Specialized Physics Division was awarded the First-Class Labor Order; and its Specialized Mathematics Division received the Third-Class Labor Order.
In addition to the afore-mentioned commemorative events, 2025 continued to be a year with numerous outstanding achievements by VNU’s scientists, lecturers, and students. Two VNU scientists, Prof.Dr.Sci. Nguyen Dinh Duc (VNU University of Engineering and Technology) and Prof.Dr. Tran Xuan Bach (VNU University of Medicine and Pharmacy) continued to be ranked among the world’s top 10,000 most influential scientists, while maintaining their positions among the most highly cited scientists globally for six consecutive years since 2019.

VNU was honored to have three scientists awarded with the 2024 Bao Son Prize, namely Prof.Dr.Sci. Nguyen Dinh Duc (VNU University of Engineering and Technology); Prof.Dr. Furuta Motoo (Rector of VNU Vietnam Japan University); and Labor Hero, People’s Physician, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Ngoc Luong (VNU University of Medicine and Pharmacy). The Bao Son Prize represents a well-deserved recognition of persistent, creative, and application-oriented research efforts in support of Vietnam’s sustainable development.
On October 31, 2025, VNU organized the IMG Awards Ceremony – For the Cause of Education, honoring outstanding educators, scientists, and students. Accordingly, VNU presented the awards to two exemplary lecturers: Assoc.Prof.Dr. Tran Manh Tri (VNU University of Science) – First Prize, valued at VND 500 million; and Prof.Dr. Dang Hoang Minh (VNU University of Education) – Second Prize, valued at VND 200 million.

In addition to the achievements by VNU’s scientists and lecturers, in 2025, students from VNU specialized high schools continued to make their imprints at the international Olympiads, further enriching their achievements with 3 Gold medals and 6 Silver medals. At the regional Olympiads, VNU high school students won 2 Gold medals, 1 Silver medal, 2 Bronze medals, and 1 Certificate of Merit. To date, VNU’s high school students have won 253 international Olympiad medals including 83 golds, 91 silvers, and 79 bronzes; and 70 regional Olympiad medals.

In recognition of their outstanding achievements at international and regional Olympiads in 2025, six students from VNU HUS High School for Gifted Students were awarded the Labor Orders by the State President. Specifically, Giang Duc Dzung received the Second-Class Labor Order; Nguyen Dang Dzung, Nguyen Dinh Tung, Nguyen Bui Duc Dzung, Truong Duc Dzung and Ly Ba Khoi received the Third-Class Labor Orders. In addition, Nguyen Mai Khue and Pham Quang Phuc An were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister.
10. REALIZING THE GOAL OF DEVELOPING VNU TOWN IN HOA LAC INTO A GREEN, SMART, AND SUSTAINABLE UNIVERSITY URBAN HUB
May 19, 2025 marked exactly three years since VNU officially relocated its headquarters from Cau Giay to Hoa Lac, ushering in a new phase of development with a modern, integrated, and sustainable vision. This historic decision has strongly accelerated the formation of VNU Town in Hoa Lac, which is oriented toward becoming a large-scale, green, smart, and sustainable national university complex. After the three years of VNU’s operation in Hoa Lac, many key investment and construction projects have generated clear improvements in its infrastructure, and academic and training spaces.

In 2025, VNU simultaneously implemented a series of strategic projects, gradually shaping the landscape of a modern university–research hub in Hoa Lac. As planned, in the second quarter of 2026, several important facilities will be put into operation, including VNU Headquarters Building, VNU Library and Digital Knowledge Center, VNU University of Engineering and Technology, and part of the VNC02 Interdisciplinary Research Zone project. These developments will create a synchronized infrastructure foundation for VNU’s research and innovation ecosystem.
In addition, VNU Vietnam Japan University project continues to be identified as a symbolic work in the strategic cooperation between the Governments of Vietnam and Japan.

Alongside the major infrastructure projects, VNU inaugurated the Research, Development and Training Center for Analytical Science and Technology in Hoa Lac, which is equipped with a modern laboratory system, contributing to enhancing applied research capacity, particularly in the fields of food safety and environmental protection. This is a clear evidence for VNU’s commitment to promoting research that addresses urgent national and Capital challenges.
The year 2025 also marked an important milestone in the development of the Smart University Town model with VNU commencing the construction of technology infrastructure projects serving smart urban-style management, together with various interdisciplinary laboratory projects, cybersecurity initiatives, and Industry 4.0 practice facilities. Furthermore, VNU continued to invest in improving student living conditions; from the 2025–2026 academic year, new dormitory facilities have been put into use, increasing the total number of on-campus accommodations in Hoa Lac to over 4,500.
With decisive synchronized actions, VNU is gradually realizing its goal of transforming Hoa Lac into a leading smart, green, and sustainable research university ecosystem in Vietnam.
