SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION
The International School is developing as a research-oriented university, with science and technology serving as the foundation for innovation and the enhancement of educational quality. Adopting a multidisciplinary approach, the School closely integrates teaching and research, as well as science and technology with economics and management, to train high-quality human resources that meet the demands of socio-economic development in the context of global integration.
Scientific research and technological activities at the School have been increasingly strengthened, with 27 research groups, including VNU-level strong research groups, and a network of domestic and international scholars. Many research outputs have reached regional and international standards, demonstrating high academic value and strong applicability.
Each year, the School supports faculty members in participating in prestigious international conferences, while also organizing annual scientific conferences in key areas such as finance, entrepreneurship, and innovation. The School is currently implementing numerous research projects at various levels, contributing to an increase in international publications. In parallel, entrepreneurship and innovation activities are actively promoted, creating an enabling environment for students to develop creative thinking and practical competencies.
COOPERATION FOR DEVELOPMENT
The International School is a pioneering unit in fostering international cooperation in education and scientific research, serving as a bridge between Vietnam National University, Hanoi and reputable universities and research institutes both domestically and worldwide. Guided by the motto “Learning and Creating with the World,” the School continuously expands and diversifies its collaborative activities, striving toward its goal of becoming an international university.
To date, the School has established partnerships with more than 40 universities and research institutes globally, while hosting hundreds of international experts and scholars for teaching, research, and academic exchange. In addition to academic collaboration, the School actively engages with industry partners to strengthen the linkage between education and practice, thereby enhancing students’ employability.
Key strategic priorities include: internationalizing academic programmes in line with advanced standards; consolidating and expanding strategic partnerships; promoting collaborative research and technology transfer; and strengthening global outreach to attract international students and scholars. These efforts form a critical foundation for enhancing the quality of education, research capacity, and the School’s international standing.
